Use the configurator to get a quote that takes into account all material and color choices.

After receiving your request for quotation, we will contact you to send you the details of our offer and a calendar with the possibility of arranging a meeting at a time convenient for you.

After the conversation and getting to know your expectations, we will start the ordering procedure. Changes in the houses that go beyond the choices in the configurator will be treated as preparation of new documentation, the cost of which is PLN 5,000 net + 23% VAT. An integral part of the entire procedure will be the acceptance of the project together with the configuration of the house and the final price.

After signing the order, we expect a 40% payment. In the event that the payment is 80%, we will pay you back with an additional 5% discount for the trust you have entrusted. At this stage, you will already know the expected date of completion and delivery.

Once the project has entered production, you receive information with photos. At this stage, we ask for another second payment of 40%.

When the house is ready, you receive information along with photo documentation. At this point, you decide whether you will accept the quantity and quality of the order in person or based on the photos sent. After acceptance, we ask for the final payment of 20% of the order value. After it is made, the house is ready for transport.

After the conversation and getting to know your expectations, we will start to complete the design documentation and configuration, based on which we will make a quote. The initial cost of making an individual project is PLN 5,000 net + 23% VAT.

After receiving the finished designs and the quote, you decide whether to continue cooperation. Further implementation requires specifying all the components of the house. At this point, a second payment of PLN 10,000 net + 23% VAT is made.

If you decide to carry out an individual project, after receiving full documentation and a quote, we proceed to sign the order. The next stage is a payment of 40% of the order value. In the case of a payment of 80% of the order value, in return for the trust you have entrusted, you receive an additional 5% discount. At this stage, you will already know the expected date of completion and delivery.

Before production begins, you receive a 3D color visualization.
