When buying a house on a frame alone, you save money by not having to use a trolley. Thanks to this solution, you can only go to a possible inspection with a registered trolley without a house as a load. When buying several houses built on frames, you can buy one approved and registered trolley that is compatible with all available frame sizes from the MH trailers manufacturer. Therefore, you save money on buying a trailer for each house and avoid costs related to insurance and inspection.
We can build a tiny house wherever we want. A house on wheels is superior to other options in this respect. We can build it on any type of land - from a building plot to a NATURA 2000 area. Mobi House is one of the few companies in Europe that has a full vehicle homologation, which allows us to register our house as a camping trailer. In a situation where we do not have our own plot, we can look for a lease or a campsite. With the development of the tiny house movement in our country, tiny house villages will probably be created, where we will be able to rent a piece of land with access to all media and live in the vicinity of people who share similar values.

To move on the roads, it is necessary to register our tiny house, have a category B+E driving license and the appropriate weight of the house not exceeding 3.5 tons. If we do not have the above-mentioned driving license, it is not a problem. After all, how often do we move our house? We can ask a professional driver friend for help or turn to us - we will help!
If we decide on a tiny house, which is not so tiny at all and weighs more than 3.5 tons, we will need a low-bed truck to transport it. Mobi House offers such a possibility.
The price for 1 km is approx. 3.5 to 5 EUR + 23% VAT calculated one way.
In our fleet we have a special car that is fully adapted to transport tiny houses. We deliver our houses all over Europe. The price for 1 km is from 1.50 EUR (counted one way, of course) + 23% VAT and depends on the size of the house and the destination.

After accepting the specification and signing the contract with our company, you receive a drawing with the connections marked. Depending on the choice, these include: water, electricity, sewage or septic tank. A separate plan also shows the location of the feet for leveling.
The most important issue is whether utilities are available on our plot, and if so, what kind? If we have access to electricity, water, sewage or septic tank, it is very simple. There are connections under the trailer or in the box, all you need to do is connect the house to use the shower, toilet, dishwasher, etc. There are plots where there is only water or only electricity, for example. In such a situation, we have a multitude of solutions that will allow us to design a mixed off-grid/on-grid house or create a completely independent house.

To set up the house on the plot, a tractor or a powerful off-road vehicle is usually enough. Sometimes in hard-to-reach places we use a crane, which allows us to move the house. Remember that preparing a free access to the plot is always your responsibility. You can connect and level the house yourself or use our offer - the Mobi House team will do it for you. Such a service is calculated individually and usually costs around PLN 3,500 + travel costs.
We design our houses to suit the client's budget. Thanks to our flexible and personalized approach to each project, house prices can vary greatly. This is influenced by the size, level of finish, equipment and market prices of materials.
