Each client is different, with diverse needs and requirements. We strive to tailor our homes to the customer's expectations. This is why the INDIVIDUAL LINE was created. The first step in the process of creating an individual tiny house project is to make a payment of 5,000 PLN net + 23% VAT. This amount covers consultation with a sales representative to develop specifications and create a 3D project in collaboration with a designer. At this stage, the client also receives a price offer. The collaboration can end at this stage, and the client retains the specifications and 3D project. There is also the possibility of continuing and moving to order fulfillment. The total cost of an individual tiny house project is 15,000 PLN net + 23% VAT. Within this amount, the client gains the ability to customize the project to their needs, including the selection of non-standard materials and equipment, which they can provide for production. Additionally, the project cost includes a color 3D visualization.
