MOBI INDIVIDUAL (DOGWOOD)

This tiny house is the client's vision and at the same time proof that a small space can be arranged to fit a closet! This is a realization on a LIFT&GO trailer by MH trailers with a length of 7,2 meters. The cubic shape of the cottage allows maximum use of space. There is a kitchen in the letter “L”, in which there are a lot of cabinets, shelves and household appliances: gas hob, electric oven, hood and electric refrigerator. An extension of the kitchen is a bar table with hockers. The living room houses a sofa bed, bookshelves and a fireplace dedicated to the tiny house. The dressing room is located in front of the bathroom - there are closets, shelves and drawers on both sides. Completing this room is the door to the bathroom, which is mirrored. The bathroom has a cabinet, a sink, a shower stall and a burning toilet. The mezzanine is accessed via a ladder - there is a bedroom with side windows and a skylight. The interior is bright - white, gray and wood dominate. The facade is Scandinavian spruce laid horizontally. This bungalow is, of course, year-round - heating mats, an electric heater, an air conditioner and a fireplace were used here. This individual project proves that you can fit more than you think in a small house!
