MOBI INDIVIDUAL OLIVE is a unique project - not because of its appearance and idea, but because of the history of its creation. Two years ago, one of our clients bought a trailer from our company in a non-standard size of 4.9 meters. He planned to build a tiny house according to his vision and live in it. Unfortunately, he died suddenly and only had time to prepare for this construction - he bought materials and created a model of his house. We decided to buy the trailer and materials and make our client's dream come true. The result is a wonderful, individual tiny house! We hope that this story will inspire others to fulfill their dreams!
MOBI INDIVIDUAL OLIVE is a really small house, the trailer of which is 4.9 meters long. Despite its small size, the surface of this model has been used to the maximum.
There are two mezzanines, a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Ladders with a comfortable handle lead to the floors.
On one mezzanine there is a cabinet with shelves, bean bags and a large TV. On the other - a cabinet with sliding doors.
It is worth noting that there are no standard windows here, but roof windows that let in a lot of light. The sleeping place is a fold-out sofa with drawers on the ground floor.
Our company table MOBI LAGUN TABLE in the color of raw wood can be attached to the sofa. Fold-out chairs in the same color are hung on a hook.
The kitchen is in a classic place - it is quite large, because the furniture and equipment are on both sides of the side walls of the house. Gas appliances were used - a hob, oven and refrigerator.
An interesting solution is an oak sink top, which can be used as a chopping board. The sliding bathroom door is classic and white.
The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, a small vanity unit with a sink, a composting toilet and a gas water heater.
This tiny house is an off-grid version, i.e. independent of access to utilities. In addition to off-grid equipment in the kitchen and bathroom, the house also has tanks for clean and grey water and a gas heater.
If necessary, there is also underfloor heating with a digital thermostat. The interior is bright - the walls and furniture are made of plywood in a natural color, the countertops and balustrades are wooden.
The elevation is a combination of wood and sheet metal - the two gable walls are made of Scandinavian spruce in a natural color arranged vertically, and the two side walls and the roof are vertically arranged sheets in anthracite color.
MOBI INDIVIDUAL OLIVE is the realization of the client's vision. Building this house on wheels was an honor!
