MOBI INDIVIDUAL (SAGE)

This is an individual project built on an 8.4-meter trailer. The interior is dominated by colorful boho - there are many pastel colors, fabrics, textures, patterns, wood and flowers. In the living room there is a dark gray sofa, a lounge chair with a rattan braid and a modular table MOBI TRANSFORMING TABLE. The complement is cushions in natural and pastel colors, a carpet with an abstract pattern and a vase with dried flowers. There is also a fireplace in this part. The kitchen is made of peach and white furniture with gold and black handles. There is also a display cabinet up to the ceiling. It is worth noting the composite counter integrated with the sink and drainer and the gold tap, which is very functional and helps to maintain order, and at the same time is beautiful. The kitchen appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, cooker hood, built-in electric refrigerator, dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is a specially prepared cat cabinet with an exit to the outside - original doors in the elevation of the house, cabinet doors cut in the shape of a cat's head and a unique basket with a pillow. Boho accessories, potted flowers and a herringbone floor complete this room. Sliding doors lead to the bathroom, which are also a decorative element. The bathroom is bright - white wall panels are arranged in a herringbone pattern, the floor is light gray and imitates terrazzo, and the furniture is white. There is a shower cabin, a regular built-in toilet and a washbasin. As in the entire mobi, there is also wood and boho accessories here. Duck stairs lead to the mezzanine, which take up less space but are very effective. For safety, a handrail with lighting was installed next to the stairs. On the mezzanine there is a bedroom separated from the rest of the house by a cabinet. Minimalism reigns here - a mattress with white bedding, decorative pillows and a shelf with a lamp. The first floor is very bright, because there is a window on each wall. There is a lot of glazing. The windows in this mobi are two-colored - white on the inside and anthracite on the outside. The heating used in this house is a heating mat with a digital thermostat, an electric heater, an air conditioner with a heating function, radiant heating and a fireplace. The interior of this mobi is cheerful and colorful, which is why the facade is calm - Scandinavian spruce boards in a natural color are arranged vertically, and the roof is anthracite like the windows. An additional advantage of the house is a remote alarm and monitoring with the possibility of control via smartphone. This house is an original tiny house - eclecticism, colorful boho style, cozy rooms, but also intelligent solutions, functionality and good quality equipment. The whole thing looks fabulous!
