These are two connected modular houses from the MODUL LINE line, which together create a house with an area of ​​over 30m2. They are built on LIFT&GO frames from the MH trailers brand, each 6.6 meters long. The house is characterized by a simple, yet modern design, which will certainly appeal to lovers of minimalist solutions. Large, panoramic windows provide amazing views and allow you to enjoy natural light all day long. Each of the modules is equipped with a covered mini terrace, which is an ideal place to relax, but also provides comfort regardless of the weather. The elevation is made of Scandinavian spruce and sheet metal. The interior of the house is designed in the spirit of minimalism. The first module has four zones: a living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine. The second - a bedroom and an office area, but this space can be arranged according to your needs. The house is year-round - a heating mat and air conditioners were used. The kitchen is made of white furniture and basic household appliances - a countertop induction hob, a cooker hood and a refrigerator. Sliding doors lead to a bright, minimalist bathroom. There is a shower, sink, cabinets and a toilet. The rest of the house, as mentioned above, can be arranged according to your own needs.
