MOBI MODUL SUNRISE&SUNSET (LETTUCE&MOGRA)

This house is an L-shaped combination of two modular houses from the MODUL LINE, which together create a home of almost 30m2. Additional living and relaxation space can be provided by the terrace, which in this layout adds another 24m2 to the area. The modules were built on LIFT&GO frames by MH trailers, each 6.6 meters long. The house is characterized by a simple, yet modern design. Large, panoramic windows provide amazing views and allow you to enjoy natural light throughout the day. Each module is equipped with a covered mini terrace. The facade is Scandinavian spruce and black sheet metal. The interior of the cottage is designed in the spirit of minimalism. In the first module, four zones are separated: living room area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine. In the second - two rooms, which can be arranged according to your needs. We suggested a bedroom with a view and an office. The house is year-round - a heating mat was used in the bathroom, and in the rest of the house there are up to three air conditioners with heating function. The kitchen is black furniture and basic appliances - a countertop induction cooktop, cooker hood and refrigerator. Sliding doors lead to a minimalist bathroom. There is a shower stall, sink, cabinets and a toilet. This mobi is an attractively priced project and on top of that, it's expandable!
